Services

Everything between the plan and the live store, done by the people who will build it.

Most partners hand you recommendations and leave the building to someone else. We scope the work, build it, get it live, measure what it did and keep it running — storefront, custom apps, tracking and AI-search infrastructure included. This is not a menu of services; it is one system where each part feeds the next.

Scope — decide what to build

Every engagement starts by turning what you want to happen into something that can be built. Not a strategy deck — a plan with the technical work specified closely enough to ship.

  • Scoping & build planning

Requirements, a sequenced roadmap, and honest estimates. We work out what your store actually needs, in what order, and what each piece costs to ship — so the plan survives contact with the theme.

  • Platform assessment

Whether you should move at all, and to what — Shopify, Shopify Plus, or a headless build on top of it. Costed honestly, including when the answer is to stay where you are and fix what is there.

Build — the part most partners cannot do

This is our edge. The people who write the plan are the people who build it — the migration off your old platform, the storefront and its design, the apps and integrations around it.

  • Replatforming & migration

Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud or a custom build, moved to Shopify — or to a headless build on top of it — without losing the catalogue, the customers, the order history or the rankings you spent years earning. Scripted, rehearsed migrations rather than a one-shot export.

  • Storefront development, theme and headless

Designed and built by the same people — Shopify themes, Shopify Plus, and headless storefronts on Hydrogen or Next.js. Launch included. Markets, currencies, duties and B2B wholesale wired in when you sell across borders or to trade, and the performance and conversion work that keeps a luxury store feeling like one.

  • Custom apps & integrations

The private apps and Shopify Functions for the rules your business actually has, and the connections to what runs it — ERP, 3PL, POS, PIM, and the catalogue feeds for Amazon, TikTok Shop and Google when a marketplace is on the plan. We ship our own app on the App Store; we build yours the same way.

Grow — compound what works

Once the store is built and measurable, we grow the channels you own rather than the ones you rent. Where a channel needs content or campaigns produced at volume, we will say so and point you at people who do that well.

  • AI Search Optimisation (GEO)

Making your catalogue usable by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Mode — product data depth, entity work, crawlability, and the feeds that let an assistant put you in the basket, not just cite you. A fixed-scope build, backed by Attributify, our own product-data app, and honest that the bigger lever is being talked about off your site.

  • Organic foundations

Technical SEO, site structure, and the content architecture that lets Google and the assistants in front of it find what you already have. We build the foundation; we will tell you plainly if what you need next is a writer.

  • Retention & lifecycle systems

Email and SMS flows built and wired to real purchase data, segmentation that reflects what customers actually did, and reporting that shows what repeat revenue is doing. Campaign strategy and copy stay with you or your agency; the plumbing is ours.

  • Measurement & attribution

Server-side tracking, clean event data, and an attribution layer you can actually trust — so you can see what is driving revenue and put budget where it works. Built into the store rather than bolted on, because a growth plan without measurement is a guess.

Run — keep it working

A store is not finished at launch. Platform changes, app conflicts and the Friday-evening checkout bug all need someone who knows the build — and the same knowledge can take the manual work off your team.

  • Maintenance & support

An ongoing retainer for the store we built, or one we did not. Theme and app updates, Shopify platform changes, performance, fixes, and a person to call. Scoped to your store and stack on the discovery call, not sold as a tier off a shelf.

  • Internal AI workflows

The other half of AI — not being found by it, but running on it. Product data enrichment, content and merchandising workflows, support triage, and reporting, wired into your actual stack so your team stops doing by hand what a pipeline should be doing overnight.

Why one system, not a menu

You do not buy these à la carte and hope they connect. They are one system — the scope informs the build, the build is measured, and the measurement feeds the next decision.

  • No handoffs

The strategist and the engineer are in the same room. Nothing gets lost in translation to a delivery pod you have never met.

  • Scoped to be built

Recommendations come out different when the people writing them know what the theme can take — and what it costs to ship.

  • Honest about scope

We do not run paid media or marketplace operations in-house, we do not do brand positioning, and we will tell you when a service is not worth it for you. Scope honesty over upsell.

Start with the audit sprint

Start with a sprint

Rather than buy services blind, start with a paid audit sprint. You get a prioritised, buildable roadmap across exactly these areas — and you keep it whether or not you continue with us.

The sprint fee is credited against your first month if you continue into a retainer.

Questions
  • No. The sprint tells you which of these actually move your revenue, and you start there. Most clients begin with two or three.
  • Yes for replatforming, storefront builds, custom apps, AI Search and ongoing support — those run well standalone. Measurement, retention and organic work best connected, because their value comes from feeding each other. We will be honest about which is which for your case.
  • Both, ourselves. Design and build are done by the same people, which is why what gets designed is what gets shipped — there is no handoff where the layout meets the theme and loses. If you already have a designer or a brand book, we build to it.
  • Yes. A maintenance retainer scoped to your store — updates, platform changes, fixes, performance, and someone to call. It covers stores we built and stores we did not. We quote it on the discovery call rather than selling tiers off a shelf, because a five-app theme and a headless build with an ERP behind it are not the same job.
  • Only if the numbers say so. Platform assessment is part of every sprint for a store that is not on Shopify, and it is costed both ways — what it takes to move, and what it takes to stay and fix what is there. We have recommended staying. When moving is right, the migration is scripted and rehearsed before it is real, and nothing you spent years earning — catalogue, customers, order history, rankings — is left behind.
  • Not as a service. Every audit checks whether your storefront says what you sell clearly enough to convert a cold visitor, and we fix the on-site copy that follows from a build. But value-proposition and brand-narrative work is a specialist's job, and we would rather refer you to one than sell you a version of it.
  • The integration, yes — feeds, catalogue sync, and the tracking that keeps marketplace revenue visible next to your own store. Running the marketplace — listings, Amazon advertising, account health — no. Same answer as for paid media — we will say so and refer you to someone who does it properly.
  • No. Paid media is deliberately out of scope — we do not have in-house media buyers and will not pretend otherwise. We advise on creative and tracking, and refer the buying to a trusted partner.
  • A paid audit sprint. It is the fastest honest way to find out which of these services you need, and in what order, before committing to a retainer.
